Pets love it at 7 Lakes and are welcome here too. There’s plenty of space and walks for your 4-legged family members and even a dedicated area in the Clubhouse for them too.
Caravan Sales on site
There’s over 25 Caravans available to view on site. Choose your perfect caravan and select an available plot without having to leave the park.
10 fishing lakes & watersports
Owners enjoy free fishing on all 10 Lakes and exclusive access to the watersports lake. There’s so much fun to be had with a great range/choice of watercraft here.
Flexible Payment Plans
There are many ways to fund your holiday home. We can introduce you to finance lenders which will fund your purchase subject to deposit and status and with flexible monthly payments of up to 120 months. Speak with a sales adviser for more details and conditions.
Warranties
All Holiday Homes purchased from 7 Lakes Country Park come with a minimum warranty term of 3 Months. New Holiday Homes have a longer warranty which can vary between manufacturers, in the first instance speak with one of our Service advisors who will be able to advise on the exact warranty which is attached to your holiday home.
Buying Process
- Arrange a visit with one of our Sales advisors who will guide you around the park and answer all your questions.
- Find your perfect Caravan. We’ll explore your needs and then view several caravans which could be potential matches.
- Collect the Keys. When you have found your perfect retreat we will arrange for you to come to a dedicated handover where we will show you everything you need to know about your caravan. Then it’s time to enjoy your new lifestyle.

Yes, Caravans can remain on park until they reach 20 years old.
The park is open from 1st March until 2nd January each year.
Yes, we can take your touring caravan or static caravan as part exchange against any of our available caravans here at 7 Lakes Country Park.
There is free WI-FI in the Clubhouse, however there is no Wi-Fi on park therefore you will need to purchase mobile Wi-Fi which works great on park.
At 7 Lakes Country Park we put our time and effort into our owners, therefore we do not have a hire fleet.
Yes, we have regular entertainment in the Clubhouse and also have a variety of events throughout the year for you to enjoy on or around park, such as Sailing regatta days, scavenger hunts, kayak racing, fishing matches.
Yes, 7 Lakes Country Park is the perfect retreat for your pet family with acres and acres of walks and even a dog friendly area inside the Clubhouse too.
Yes, you are allowed to rent out your caravan but must manage it yourself.
Unlike a lot of holiday parks 7 Lakes Country Park is an independent family-owned park which has been loved and cared for by the same family for over 20 years.
No, Caravans at 7 Lakes Country Park are for holiday and recreational use only. We do not restrict the usage of your caravan, but you must have a permanent residential address as you are only issued a holiday park licence. Evidence of your residential address must be presented when asked.
